DARE TO CARE FOOD BANK distributes thousands of pounds of U.S.D.A. commodities through the Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP).

Products provided by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) are distributed by the DARE TO CARE FOOD BANK to member agencies such as:

• Food Pantries
• Community Kitchens
• Missions
• Shelter Programs

Commodities are distributed based on government income guidelines that may allow individuals and families to receive these products once a month.

Recipients receive food items such as:

• Canned fruits and vegetables
• Fruit Juice
• Canned meats
• Nonfat Dry Milk
• Peanut Butter
• Pasta Products
