DARE TO CARE FOOD BANK's Care Barrels are located in all Louisville area Kroger stores.  Kroger customers are invited to purchase food items while they are shopping and deposit them in the specially marked Care Barrels.  DARE TO CARE FOOD BANK collects this food on a regular basis and distributes it through the Emergency Food Program.

The Kroger Company is now offering their customers to a prepackaged scannable food box to donate to the Dare to Care Food Bank for $5.

With each purchase, the Kroger Company donates $5 worth of food to help feed the hungry.
